Krissy brings years of restaurant leadership experience and a people-first approach to Goodness Bowls. As Director of Operations, she works closely with franchisees and store teams to strengthen operations, training, and systems as the brand continues to grow. Known for building strong teams and creating positive, welcoming environments, Krissy believes great operations start with great people.

Outside of work, she’s a lifelong dog lover and proudly serves as Goodness Bowls’ unofficial dog greeter—always ready to welcome every four-legged guest with a little extra goodness.
